Hoteloni Addendum


Licenses are valid for one month from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get full software service functionality. After one month, license keys may be renewed.


TechGasp grants each customer one or more non-transferable license(s) to use the software service for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package. Where the license package allows the software service to be fully functional the customer/license-holder may not sell the originally purchased license key to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software, service or license key. TechGasp will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.


  • 1. The presentation of goods and services in the online shop does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a sales contract. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to order goods or services in the online shop.
  • 2. The order process is initially as follows: a) you place goods or services by clicking on the “Add to cart” field belonging to the goods or service, into a virtual “shopping cart” in which all goods or services are collected for you. Selected. b) If you have put together the shopping cart, click on the Shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the website with the label “to Cart”. c) on the next page “Shopping cart” you will see the goods or services placed in the shopping cart. Here you can increase or decrease the number of units ordered for each product or service. You can also delete individual goods or services from the shopping cart by clicking the “X” button to the left of the product image. In addition, if available, you can use coupon codes. At the bottom of the page you will see a subtotal, the value added tax and the total amount to be paid for the goods or services. With the button “Update cart” you can update these numbers if you have made changes to the goods or services or the number. d) If you click on the button “continue to Checkout”, you will be directed to another page. On this page you must enter the billing address and you can also specify a different delivery address. You must also select one of the available payment methods. The condition for an order is that you agree to the general terms and conditions and the terms of cancellation by clicking on the corresponding box. You can view these general terms and conditions and revocation rules by clicking on the highlighted links of the corresponding word groups. You will also see a summary of your order including prices and shipping costs on the page. You can check all of this again. You can correct input errors during the ordering process by using the “back” button of your browser and correcting your entries. e) By clicking on the button “Purchase” you submit a binding offer for the paid purchase of the goods or services.
  • 3. After receipt of the purchase offer or the offer to order the service, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with which we confirm that we have received your orders (confirmation of receipt). This acknowledgement of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is not concluded by the confirmation of receipt.
  • 4. A contract of sale of a product or on the provision of a service shall only be concluded if we expressly declare the acceptance of the offer of purchase (order confirmation) or if we send the goods to you without prior declaration of acceptance.
  • 5. A contract for the chargeable use of the service comes into effect if we explicitly declare the acceptance of the offer (order confirmation), or by releasing the contents or providinga link or key to use the service, or by providing the services themselves.


After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number, license key and other purchase information. Your license key is also available in your account area. Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through Priority Support to request your purchase information. Access to software services will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, the full functionality of the software service will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.


TechGasp reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a software service subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products / software as service are subject to change without prior notice or consent.


TechGasp sells software as service “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like. Support for purchased extensions is given up to one month after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one month, you must renew your license key, or purchase a new license. Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our software as service, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a time-frame that the inquirer is completely satisfied. Before any purchase we will respond to any support ticket regarding any of the software service functions and demonstrations.


TechGasp extensions are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew each month on the purchase day. This applies to all paid-for software as service licenses. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the monthly license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.

  • Subscription renewals are automatically processed monthly on the day of your original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) month unless the subscription is canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page on this
  • You may ask us to cancel your recurring plan via support ticket at any time prior to 48 hours of your subscription renewal time and date.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer gain full functionality from the software as service nor receive support when your license expires.
  • f you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your license(s) have expired, you will be charged the current listed price for the license(s). We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.
  • We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription, your license will expire on the day of the original purchase and you will no longer gain full functionality from the software as service.


Sold software as service license keys are done in the hope that they will be useful, but without any warranty, without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for the required knowledge to operate our software as a service.We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our software as a service. Should you require help, we may provide technical documentation at our discretion.


We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. If you would like to request a refund, please open a support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions. Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase of the software service.
  • We cannot grant refunds after the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • You have contacted our support team and provided all requested information to allow us to attempt to resolve your issue(s).

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing software service license(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
