Tangente da Sabedoria, Lda., which owns and operates and you enter into this agreement subject to the following Terms Of Service. The terms govern your contractual relationship with Tangente da Sabedoria, Lda., including but not limited to your use of the website,, as well as your use of the Services (defined below). They create legally binding obligations, and you should review them carefully before accessing the website or using any of the services. If you are accessing the our website on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity to the provisions hereof. The terms and conditions may be revised from time to time without notice, and the then-current version of the terms will apply to any transaction or action or omission of you or Tangente da Sabedoria, Lda. This Agreement shall apply for an indefinite term and may be terminated by either party by providing thirty days’ notice to the other party.

When you become a customer of Tangente da Sabedoria, Lda. via Hoteloni software as a service, provided by our website, you agree to the special Addendum posted at


Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions and themes. After one year, license keys may be renewed.


TechGasp grants each customer one or more non-transferable license(s) to use the software for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package. Where the license package allows the software to be used on multiple sites the customer/license-holder may not sell the originally purchased license key to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit. Additionally, the customer may not sublicense, to any person or entity, any rights to distribute the software or license key. TechGasp will only provide support services to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key, and consider any other uses of this license key for support queries as fraudulent.


    1. The presentation of goods and services in the online shop does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a sales contract. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to order goods or services in the online shop.
    2. The order process is initially as follows:

a) you place goods or services by clicking on the “Add to cart” field belonging to the goods or service, into a virtual “shopping cart” in which all goods or services are collected for you. Selected.
b) If you have put together the shopping cart, click on the Shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the website with the label “to Cart”.
c) on the next page “Shopping cart” you will see the goods or services placed in the shopping cart. Here you can increase or decrease the number of units ordered for each product or service. d) If you click on the button “continue to Checkout”, you will be directed to another page. On this page you must enter the billing address and you can also specify a different delivery address. You must also select one of the available payment methods. The condition for an order is that you agree to the general terms and conditions and the terms of cancellation by clicking on the corresponding box. You can view these general terms and conditions and revocation rules by clicking on the highlighted links of the corresponding word groups. You will also see a summary of your order including prices and shipping costs on the page. You can check all of this again. You can correct input errors during the ordering process by using the “back” button of your browser and correcting your entries.
e) By clicking on the button “Purchase” you submit a binding offer for the paid purchase of the goods or services.

  1. After receipt of the purchase offer or the offer to order the service, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with which we confirm that we have received your orders (confirmation of receipt). This acknowledgement of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract is not concluded by the confirmation of receipt.
  2. A contract of sale of a product or on the provision of a service shall only be concluded if we expressly declare the acceptance of the offer of purchase (order confirmation) or if we send the goods to you without prior declaration of acceptance.
  3. A contract for the chargeable use of the service comes into effect if we explicitly declare the acceptance of the offer (order confirmation), or by releasing the contents or providinga link or key to use the service, or by providing the services themselves.


After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin or theme downloads. You can download by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link. Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through Priority Support to request your purchase information. Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.


TechGasp reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin/theme subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.


Updates are included for free for one year to license holders. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) supports it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from our website.


TechGasp sells plugins and themes “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with other third-party components and plugins. Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key, or purchase a new license for the extension you wish to get support for Priority Support. Whilst we attempt to provide the best support possible for our plugins and themes, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a time-frame that the inquirer is completely satisfied.
Before any purchase we will respond to any support ticket regarding any of the plugin(s) or theme(s) functions and demonstrations.


TechGasp extensions are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. This applies to all paid-for extension licenses. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the annual license term unless the purchaser cancels their subscription prior to the automatic renewal date.

  • Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of your original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid for each one (1) year unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page on this website.
  • You may ask us to cancel your recurring plan via support ticket at any time prior to 48 hours of your subscription renewal time and date.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the extension when your license expires.
  • If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your extension license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for the extension license. We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.
  • We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • If you choose to cancel your subscription, your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase and you will no longer receive updates and support for the extension(s) you have purchased.


Plugins and themes sold and distributed by are done in the hope that they will be useful, but without any warranty, without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Inasmuch as WordPress functions correctly on a clean install of itself, our plugins and themes are guaranteed to function on a clean install of the minimum, stable and required version of WordPress. Because the number and variety of plugins and themes is vast and wide, we do not guarantee that they will function with other third-party plugins, themes or browsers of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software. We assume no responsibility for any data loss as a result of installing or using our plugins and themes. Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.


We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. If you would like to request a refund, please open a support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions. Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase of the plugin or theme.
  • We cannot grant refunds after the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • We cannot grant refunds on renewal payments. We will send you an email 2 weeks prior to your renewal date, and you may use this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • You have contacted our support team and provided all requested information to allow us to attempt to resolve your issue(s). Please note, technical issues caused by 3rd party plugins, themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.
  • You agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your site if a refund is granted.

Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. By purchasing plugin(s) or theme(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. We are not liable to cover any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded.
